Hey guys, regarding the class gathering, many of us are very confused if there's one ongoing or not... So can i suggest that the class please state which dates they are free in the tagboard, and the class comm can collate the most number of people who are able to make it for a particular date. This is my suggestion...

Date: ( Class comm will collate the most no. of people free on that day)
Time: Anytime from early afternoon to evening. Students can leave as and when they need to. Which means you guys can choose to stay later or leave earlier.
Venue: (Suggested place is Sentosa. So i guess it will stay as it is)
Food: Potluck/Bbq*( Strictly NON-HALAL )
Number of people going: Class comm will confirm the number of people going

Okay, i guess that's it. If you guys want to make any changes, please provide the details for everyone to prevent chaos again. Besides class comm, who are arranging this, students can also offer their help in collating the people free on one day and also decide who to bring which food. I hope this info can benefit you guys in arranging the class gathering.
*Someone can perhaps provide all the food to make it easier and collect the money on a school day, cos some of us may not want/forget to bring any food.

Okay, Me, Gin and Li Ying discussed things about the class chalet alr, wheehoo :)

Okay, dates not comfirmed yet since some of us have camps and cant comfirm it now. And for your info, holidays are on Saturday 30th May to Sunday 28th June.
But anyway, okay, each of you must pay an exta $2.50 for food catering, games and prizes etc.

Okay, you guys have a few choices. Say yay. :)
Plus is the advantages. Minus is the disadvantages.

First Choice:
DOWNTOWN EAST COSTA SAND CHALET
PLUS: Very near to Wild Wild Wet and Escape Themepark. There's a free 2-way shuttle bus from Pasir Ris MRT to the chalet
MINUS: Very small. Lesser people can stay over, or, some may have to sleep on the cold floor, yes, cold.

How much? $532. That means each person pays $15.80 (inclusive of the $2.50)

Second choice:
PASIR RIS COSTA SAND CHALET
PLUS: If we choose this, we're choosing double storey. So yeah, more people can sleep over. Near to the beach, so we can run around with our awesome bikinis, ahha, joking. We can swin @ the beach. We can rent bikes cuz they have it there. There is a swimming pool (and baby pool). There is a place where there is a washing machine in the compound, so you can wash your clothes.
MINUS: Not as near to WWW or Escape as Downtown East la obv, but still near, we can take bus.

See, not that far, eh? Yeah so, Me and Gin highly highly highly recommend Pasir Ris. So bias. Hahahhaha. Okay. Whatev.

How much? $640. That means each person pays $18.50 (inclusive of the $2.50)
